Description

The U.S.D.A. Forest Service, Gila National Forest Supervisor's Office, Grant County, New Mexico requires the purchase of 7 each All Terain Vehicles (ATV's), Size: 450 cc engine, 4x4, Automatic Transmission with front and rear racks. (Color depending on availability). Government will TRADE-IN 3 USED ATV's with the following descriptions: USED 1995 Honda TRX 300, 4x4, SN:teise-8740013, (Fair Condition). USED 1990 Polaris 350L, 4x4, Trail Boss, Model: 918139, SN: 91049461873011, (Fair Condition). USED 1987 Honda TRX 350, 4x4 SN: JH3TE0704HM1022,(Not Running). Offeror will be required to pick up trade-ins at the time of delivery of NEW ATV's. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Request for Quotes are requested. The solicitation number is RFQ R3-6-01-09. The NAICS is: 336999, and size standard is $5.0. The solication and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 97-21. The provisions in FAR 52,212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items and 52,212-3, offerors representatives and certifications, Commercial Items, and 52.212-4, contract items applies to this acquisition with the following applicable clauses cited in pragraph 52.222-26, 52.222-36. Any responses to this synopsis/solicitation should be sent to Purchasing Agent, U.S.D.A. Forest Service, 3005 E. Vendors wishing to respond to this solicitation should provide the following: price per ATV (7 Each)+ all applicable tax, title and licensing included. Also provide price per each of the 3 TRADE-INS. Vendor will be responsible for delivery of NEW ATV's and pickup of USED ATV's. Vendor shall submit the completed FAR Clause 52.212-3, Offer, Representations, and Certifications of Commercial Items.
