Description

The INL Bureau is requesting offers for the purchase of one vehicle to be exported to Central America. This procurement is a small business set aside and a solicitation. No additional information will be sent out. The vehicle required is as follows: One passenger van-wagon, type II/C, class standard, side entry door, rear opening cargo door, seating for 8 passengers (including driver and front passenger), passenger restraint system (seat belts), 4.6L/8 gasoline engine, unleaded gasoline, automatic transmission, power steering, power brakes, power windows/locks, air conditioning with rear air conditioning if available. Do not need luxury features such as leather seats or what is referred to as "captain seats" nor cruise control. Color preferences in order of preference is as follows: Silver, light gray, or beige, black or dark blue. The Govt. will make an award based upon (Best Value to the Government) to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation contained herein and is most advantageous to the Government. For those offers meeting all technical specifications listed herein, delivery time ARO will then be of primary importance. Price is a factor for consideration, but the Government may award to other than the lowest priced Offeror. Total price quoted must be FOB price to Miami, Fl.
