This a request for Proposal for chain hoists for the AV8 Van Hoist. Brand name or equal to the Gardner-Denver K1 series, hook mounted, link chain, pneumatic hoist model #K1HA88LPEP030CCA88, 8 EA; Brand name or equal to the Gardner-Denver K1 series, hook mounted, link chain, pneumatic hoist, model #K1HA88LP*P030CCA88. This procurement is in accordance with the format in part 12. No telephone requests for the solicitation will be accepted. Written requests may be faxed to (360) 476-2931 or e-mailed to FISCPS_bid_officer@puget. This solicitation N00406-01-R-5092 is issued as a request for proposal. Given that this category falls with in the annual forecast as published in the Commerce Business Daily and in accordance with Far 5.203(h) the time frame for publication of the synopsis and receipt of offers has been reduced to 31 days.
