Description

Two Data Security degaussing systems (PN: HD-6000). System must be DoD certified to degauss floppy disks, 120MB super disk, zip disks, cd, and system hard drives. This is a sole source acquisition due to the National Security Administration (NSA) requirements. However, this announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Request for Quotations. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-23. Required delivery is 30 days ARO, to USSOCOM, MacDill AFB, FL. Pricing shall reflect FOB Destination. FAR provision 52.212-1, 52.212-2 applies to this acquisition, offer shall be evaluated for fair and reasonable price, technical acceptability, adherence to applicable clauses, provisions, delivery schedule, and satisfactory past performance record. Additional applicable FAR and DFARS clauses 52.212-5, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.232-33, 52.239-1. Offeror shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offer Representation and Certification-Commercial Items which may be accessed on the internet (http://farsite.hill.af.mil).
