Description

The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solict and neogtiate with only one source under the authorty of FAR 6.302. Intersted person may indentify their interest capabily to respone to the reqirement or submit proposal. The notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 15 days of this notice will be condidered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract, based upon resposnes to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered soley for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competive procurement. The Government intends to neogtiate a sole source with INVIVO Research, 12601 Research Parkway, Orlando, FL 32826-3226 for a replacement Magnitude MRI Patient Vital Signs Monitoring System and related equipment.
