Description

The National Imagery and Mapping Agency intends to solicit on a sole source basis to Alphatec,PC under authority FAR 6.302-1 for completion of Architect-Engineering design services for renovation of the Freemont Building in Bethesda, MD. This is a follow on action of a contract that was originally competitively awarded to AlphaTec PC. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Responses must be received within 15 calendar days of the publication in the CBD. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any information will only be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a future competitive procurement. See Note 22.
