- 1. Post Deployment Upkeep of USNS PATUXENT (T-AO 201) initially scheduled for twenty-three (23) day availability revised to a twenty-two day availability begining on/about 07 May 2001. 2. Major items remain the same. 3. Offer area revised from East and Gulf Coast to Government Facility Norfolk Virginia Area. A responsible offeror shall be considered eligible if the offeror holds a previously executed Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) or Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) prior to award of contract.
