Description

U S Army Robert Morris Acquisition Center, White Sands Contracting Division, White Sands Missile Range solicits quotations for purchase of: Field Monitor Mainframe, PN FM5004, 1 each; E-Field Probe, PN FP5080, 26.5-40 GHz, 2 each; Dual Directional Coupler, PN DC7620, 26.5-40 GHz, 2 each; Ridged Waveguide, PN DC7620, 26.5-40 GHz, 4 each; Flexible Waveguide, PN WF4030, 26.5-40 GHz, 4 each. Manufacturer of this items is Amplifier Research Corp. An approved equal with documentation to support it will be accepted for evaluation by users. Delivery is requested to be within 30 days or less after award has been made. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation using FAR Part 12, Commercial items, for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W81C39-1010-0105. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and closes on 24 March 2001 at 4:00 PM Mountain Time. Award should be 2 to 4 days after closing of Synopsis. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-17. FOB is Destination White Sands Missile Range, NM. The provisions at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial, applies to this acquisition and there are no addendum to the provision. Offeror must include a completed copy of the provisions at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Item with his offer. Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial items applies to this acquisition and there are no addendum to this clause.
