This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, F3360101T0399, is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14. This is not a small business set-aside. This RFQ has 1 line items: Item 0001, High Duty Excimer Laser, 248 nm (KrF), pulse energy 1200 mj, rep. rate 50 Hz, pulse duration 25 ns, pulse to pulse stability 3%, beam divergence 1X3 mrad, beam dimensions 10-15X30 mm2, time jitter 2.5 ns, novatube technology, electrostatic gas processor, magnetic switch control technology.
