Description
This synposis is published for informational purposes only. The proposed procurement will be issued as a sole-source acquisition to BAE Systems, Information & Electronics Integration, Inc, Nashua, NH, IAW the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source. The planned procurement is for a new (3) three year Requirements type contract for engineering support and services, including studies and evaluations for the AN/ALQ-212(V) Advanced Threat Infrared Countermeasure/Common Missile Warning Program Engineering and Manufacturing Development program. Services include Contractor support of Government tests, refurbishment of test assets, follow-on platform support, engineering field support, technology insertion efforts, modeling and simulation efforts, software upgrades and reprogramming, maintenance and logistics support, productability effort, and threat analysis and system engineering efforts. Delivery orders will be issued for each task. Specific expertise of the system is required to perform the engineering support required for this effort. A Level III drawing package is not available for this system. A minimum clearance level of TOP SECRET is required. and is not to be considered as a Request for Proposals/offerors. See Note 22.
