Description

Single award term contract is for the period beginning Date of Award and ending May 31, 2002 for HHS/NIOSH, Cincinnati, Ohio. These specifications cover the production of books/pamphlets and Business Reply Mail Cards (BRM) requiring such operations as copy pickup, film-making, proofs, printing, binding, packing, and delivery. Approximately 50 orders, 8 to 700 pages/covers per order, and 200 to 100,000 copies per order. Government to Furnish: Disk and/or camera copy and/or films, glossy photoprints (cropped but not sized. 100mb Zip disk, CD or "floppy diskette": Windows, PageMaker; Quark Xpress; PhotoShop; Corel Draw (up to the most current version). Material to be picked up from and delivered to Cincinnati, Ohio. Deliver f.o.b. destination to Cincinnati, Ohio and ship/deliver f.o.b. contractor's city to Washington, DC. Production time 5 to 20 workdays. Telephone/Telegraph requests are not acceptable.
