INDIRECT-FIRED AIR HEATER WATER COOLED THREE-CYLINDER 15.5 HORSEPOWER @ 1800 RPM DIESEL ENGINE 500,000 BRITISH THERMAL UNITS (BTU) PER HOUR BACKWARD-INCLINED AMCA CLASS II (200 DEGREES F) CENTRIFUGAL BLOWER CAPABLE OF DELIVERING 1800 CUBIC FEET PER MINUTE AIR FLOW AT 3 INCHES STATIC WATER COLUMN PRESSURE (SEE ADDITIONAL SPECIFICATIONS AS LISTED IN SOLICIATION) MUST MEET ALL SPECIFICATIONS STATED IN THE SOLICITATION TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AWARD. Anticipated Award Date May 24,2001. The approximate issue/response date will be 30 MAR 2001. Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. See our Web page. This proposed procurement is under a 100 percent small business set aside, the size standard for which is 500 employees. An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor, concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel.
