Description

This requirement was initially synopsized on March 7, 2001 and is amended for the following: 1) Changes the Delivery to F.O.B. Destination. Corrects and replaces item 11 on page 1; Item A.7 on page 7 and Item A.8 on page 8. Deletes FAR Clause 52.247-29, F.O.B. Origin and replaces it with 52.247-34, F.O.B. Destination. Remove and replace pages 1, 7, 8 and 13 in their entirety. 2) Revises the NOTE in Section A.2. Remove and replace page 5 in it's entirety. 3) Deletes the Pre-Library Construction Reporting Requirement in Section A.6. Remove and replace page 7 in it's entirety. 4) Revises the Submission information to delete "Reporting Requirements (A.6)" which was moved to Evaluation Criteria. Remove and replace page 23 in it's entirety. 5) Revises Section D.4(a) to delete the evaluation of Options. 6) Revises Section D.4(b) and replaces Technical Capability, Past Performance and Price evaluation information. Remove and replace pages 24 and 25 in their entirety. THE HOUR AND DATE SPECIFIED FOR RECEIPT OF OFFERS HAS BEEN CHANGED TO 4:00 P.M. (LOCAL TIME) ON MARCH 29, 2001. Companies may request the amendment by faxing a written request to the Point of Contact listed above. All other information in the initial synopsis remains unchanged.
