DRAFT CBD NOTICE This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Please reference NMA100-01-Q-0500 with your quote. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-21. This solicitation is not set-aside. The provisions at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition with no addenda. This acquisition is on a low cost technically acceptable basis. Offerors are advised to include a completed copy of the provisions at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition with no addenda. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders-Commercial Itmes, applies to this acquisition. The Commerce Business Daily numbered Note 22, applies to this sole-source acquistion which is being limited to Wright Line, Inc. This procurement is being restricted to one source due to form, fit, function, and compatibility requirements with existing Wright Line equipment. In addition, all furnishings must be ESD safe through the use of laminates, paint and grounding materials. All locks must be removable and match our existing Wright Line, Inc. furnishings for security reasons.
