Description

This modification includes all the needed information from the previous modifications. This modification is issued to correct the internet site named for downloading the solicitation. The correct site is http://www.eps.gov, and you may search for GS-07P-01-ULC-5006. This modification also announces a change in the initial contract period. It is anticipated that the initial contract period will now be JULY 1, 2001 thru September 30, 2001. The option periods remain unchanged. This is a HUBzone set aside procurement. NAICS code 561210. Size Standard as provided by SBA $20m. Provide supervision, labor, materials, equipment and supplies necessary to provide full maintenance, performance based services at the KellyUSA Air Force Lease-Back, San Antonio, Texas. Requirement includes custodial services, mechanical maintenance, landscaping, building operations. The procurement is contingent upon funds availability. The contract will be awarded using Source Selection procedures with award based upon the determination of "best value" to the Government. Once award has been made for this procurement, administration of the contract will be performed by the Air Force, San Antonio, TX. The anticipated release date of the Request for Proposals is on or about March 13, 2001, with anticipated receipt of proposals no later than April 13, 2001. The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available only over the Internet. These documents will be in PDF format and will reside on a World-Wide-Web (www) server, which may be accessed using a www browser application. GSA is issuing this solicitation only electronically. Interested parties may access the solicitation at http://eps.gov. This site provides instructions for downloading the solicitation file.
