Provide Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, VA with the service of collection, clearing, checking of integrity, sharpening, packaging, and sterilization of Class I and Class II items that are opened and unused or used that the department would like to use again. (i.e. compression stockings, open but unused consumable surgical products (endoscopic trocars, staplers, graspers, burrs, saw blades, sutures ect.)Presolicitation Notice is being changed from restricted to small business to unrestricted.
