Description

This rescinds Submission No. 50F044 posted in CBDNET on March 1, 2001 and the following replaces it: The U.S. Department of State has an immediate requirement for award medals sets to be made according to its specifications. Superior Honor Award, Meritorious Honor Award, and Secretary's Distinguished Service Award. The Superior Honor, and Meritorious Honor Awards are a set of three individual medals, a medium sized medal, a small medal that is a replica of the medium sized medal each with a ribbon attached that is to be worn pinned to the breast area of the wearer's clothing, and a lapel pin. The Secretary's Distinguished Service Award is a set of three individual medals, a large medallion to be worn around the neck, a smaller replica of the larger medallion with a ribbon attached that is to be pinned to the breast area of the wearer, and a lapel pin. Request for Quotation (RFQ) with more detail description of the award medals is available upon request. Interested parties must request a copy of the RFQ within five calendar days from the date of this notice in the CBD. This procurement is a 100% set-aside for Small Business Firms.
