Description

17. This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 36; Construction and Architect-Engineer Contracts and an award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition procedures. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service intends to issue a Request For Quotations (RFQ) for installation of water supply well, piping, septic tank system, and electrical service to trailer pads, St. Vincent National Wildlife Refuge, Apalachicola, FL. The proposed contract is not a small business set-a-side in accordance with the lastest quarterly adjustment under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The Size Standard is $13.75 million. The NAICS code is 234910. Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. RFQ issue date is 4/02/01. RFQ closing date is 5/02/01.
