Description

DESC:NSN 4720-01-453-6488, Hose assembly, nonmetallic 4 inch, 150 psi, cam lock couplings. 50 foot lenght in accordance with military specification NR A-A-59326. Qty of 367 each with a 100% option which may or may not be exercised. Delivery to New Cumberland, Pa. 200 days after date of award. F.A.T. is required. Solicitation is a RFP and will be available after 04/10/01(issue date) from http://dibbs.dsccols.com/Rfp. The solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business and the business size standard is 500 employees. Military and commercial specification cannot be provided by DSCC. Automated Best Value System applys. See numbered notes 1, 9, and 26. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery and past performance as described in this solicitation.
