Description

This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for brand name or equal commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotation (RFQ), solicitation number is RFQ 674-01-19. This announcement incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-23 and VAAR 97-8. 1 ea AMSCO 3085 SP SURGICAL TABLE Designed for procedural flexibility and superior imaging. Hydraulics provide ultra-precise tabletop articulation and a locking side-tilt cylinder prevents unanticipated lateral movement. Battery-powered auxiliary control switches and a manual foot pump provide complete override protection during power outages. Lightweight hand control provides for tabletop articulation. Control automatically translates tabletop positioning functions when "reverse" orientation is selected. Completely radiolucent tabletop (approximately 75"L x 20"W) is divided into 4-hinged sections and includes a kidney elevator. Tabletop is height adjustable from 27" to 44"; T-shaped table base and column are covered in stainless steel. Bas includes four swivel casters and floor locks.
