Description

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport, Newport Rhode Island intends to procure the items listed below under an "M" type Supply Purchase Order with Firm Fixed Price Provisions and in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations Part 12 -- Acquisition of Commercial Items and Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The items are: CLIN 0001, QTY 4, First Article, High Pressure Aluminum Air Flask Assemblies in accordance with Naval Sea Systems Command Drawing 53711-TT-01-2039 and Performance Specification CLIN 0002, CLIN 0001Data CLIN 0003, Option I,QTY 15, High Pressure Aluminum Air Flask Assemblies in accordance with Naval Sea Systems Command Drawing 53711-TT-01-2039 and Performance Specification based on results of CLIN 0001 CLIN 0004, CLIN 0003 Data Delivery is required within 50 working days after date of contract award; F.O.B.
