Description

The Government intends to solicit, on a sole source basis with the University of Illinois, Illinois Natural History Survey, to provide Assistance in Scoping a Restoration Needs Assessment for the Illinois River Ecosystem Restoration Feasibility Study. The objective is to attend meetings and provide their expertise, experience and data as it pertains to the development of the Feasibility Study and submit written comments on the scope and draft meeting documents and summary of available information.
