Description

This action was originally publicized in the CBD dated January 29, 2001. The length of this contract is corrected to read the maximum estimated contract amount is $3,500,000.00 for the (base) contract period and $3,500,000.00 for each of the three (3) option periods. Total not-to-exceed contract amount (base plus 3 options) is $14,000,000.00. The base period and all option periods shall not exceed 48 months from date of contract award or $14,000,000.00 -- whichever comes first. If the estimated maximum base period and/or option period, the Government reserves the right to continue awarding task orders in excess of the estimated maximum base period and/or option period amount. However, the Government will not exceed the total contract not-to exceed amount. The guaranteed minimum quantity of work required under this contract will not be less than $70,000.00 for the base period. The minimum guaranteed amount for each of the three (3) option periods will not be less than one (1) percent of the available capacity or $35,000.00, whichever is less. If the (cumulative) contract award amount exceeds the estimated maximum at any time during the base or option period by $35,000.00 (i.e. $3,535,000 or more), then the minimum guarantee of $35,000.00 for the next option period exercised will have been met.
