Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Western NY Healthcare System intends to negotiate with General Electric Medical Systems of Milwaukee, WI for full service maintenance/repair of Government owned G.E. Advantx AFM Angiographic System. Including 16" image intensifier, x-ray tube coverage and DX digital system coverage, S5811JA Integrated Puck Sys., S5809C AFM Angio options pkg., R4502NX Power Hech., S5810DH spare frontal C-TRU magazine, S4901AC Advantx DX laser CAM adapter kit, E8200K, E8200KR XLP film receive magazine, E7017P Mark V Plus control room console rack. The contractor shall be required to provide all parts (hardware and software updates), labor, travel, unlimited technical and applications phone support, diagnostic software license, semi-annual preventive maintenance inspections. Maintenance to be provided by a field service engineer certified to be trained on this system, available to meet a 4-hour onsite response time and an uptime commitment of 97%. The contract will be for one year with four renewal option years IAW FAR Subpart 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. NAICS 811211. Interest parties have 15 days to submit their qualifications/capabilities/pricing (i.e technical specs, brochures, and references). Third party firms will be considered only if responding with clear and convincing evidence that they have the experience and technical expertise to provide this critical maintenance. All responses must be submitted in writing.
