This is a sole source combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. A separate written RFQ will not be issued -- this synopsis announcement serves as the request for quotation. No technical data or performance specification is available for this solicitation, IMPORTANT NOTICE: FAR52-232-33 (Payment By) Electronic Funds Transfer (Central Contractor Registration) and DFARS 252.204-7004 Required Central Contractor Registration (Mar 1998) requires registration in the CCR database. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect thru Federal Acquisition circular 97-23 and thru Defense Acquisition Regulation Supplement DCN 200001213. It is advertised with a Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) of 7378, with a size _ standard of 500. The government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). 45 CONS, Patrick AFB, FL has a requirement for the following service: Quantity: 1 each, Replace existing DataTrax servers, IRMX operating system with new servers with Microsoft NT operating system. Replace the existing DataTrax software with new DataTrax software, Foreseer NT and revalidate communications with the existing JCI control systems.
