Description

This is the second amendment to a previous synopsis dated March 2, 2001. The answers to the following questions is as follows: THE CLOSING DATE OF MARCH 19, 2001 REMAINS UNCHANGED. 1. This question is relative to materials and printing/production costs. For which items in the RFQ do I need to include the materials and/or post-design production costs? ANSWER: All proposal costs should include materials and any other costs associated. 2. Will estimates be considered that reflect only "time" costs, i.e. Design, Project Management, Art Direction and the like? ANSWER: Estimates should include time and materials.
