Description

The U.S. Army Robert Morris Acquisition Center, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD has a requirement to obtain services necessary to support, on a task order basis, the Government of Bulgaria's Force Modernization Efforts. A cost-plus-fixed-fee type of contract is anticipated. The period of performance will start date of award and continue for five years. A solicitation will be posted to the following website on or about 15 April 2001: http://abop.monmouth.army.mil. The estimated solicitation closing date is 15 May 2001.
