Description

The National Institutes of Health's Animal Center in Poolesville, MD requires the leasing of a 1000 ton trailer mounted chiller and associated equipment to provide additional cooling to facilities during a 2-month summer season (July 1 -- August 31st) of each contract year. The contract period shall be for a basic twelve month period, with options renewable for two (2)additional twelve (12) performance periods. A site visit is scheduled -- the exact date will be identified the solicitation. This requirement is a 100% Set-Aside for small business concerns only. The NAICS Code is 532210 (SIC -- 7359) ($5.0M). In order to qualify, the small business firm including its affiliates, must have had an average annual sales or receipts for its preceding three (3) fiscal years not in excess of $5,000,000. A firm fixed price type contract is anticipated. Firms desiring a copy of the solicitation are required to submit their request in writing to the Contract Specialist, forwarded either by mail or email and provide their company's complete name, address , telephone number and fax number. The solicitations are not available on line. All solicitations will be mailed via US mails to each requestor.
