Description

This requirement is to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items or services necessary to provide four (4) each modular facilities and their maintenance. The current contract number F05604-97-C-0009 with Blackington and Decker Inc. expires 01 Apr 01, and the Government is contemplating extending their contract for a period of eight (8) additional months. The modified contract performance period is anticipated to be from 01 Apr 01 through 30 Nov 01. A firm fixed price modification is anticipated to be negotiated with Blackington and Decker, Denver, CO. This proposed contracting modification is being conducted using other than full and open competition procedures pursuant to the authority of FAR 6.302-1.
