Description

Requirement: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 6,061 rentable square feet yielding 5,270 usable square feet of contiguous office and related space in Springfield, Illinois. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious surroundings with a prevalence of modern design, tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. New or proposed construction will also be considered. Location: Offered properties must be located in Springfield, Illinois. Required: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Space must NOT be located on the first floor or below grade and NOT be located on the top floor of the building. Secured parking is required for 10 spaces for Government use. Space must be ready for occupancy on April 1, 2002. Lease Term: Term is 10 years, 5 years firm, with the Government having cancellation privileges after 5 years.
