Description

The Directorate of Business Services, Contracting intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to provide all plant, labor, equipment, tools, materials, and supervision necessary to perform all work required for the repair, calibration, and replacement of some of the HVAC components; the replacement of the main control system in the mechanical room; the calibration of the control components; and the resetting of the VAV boxes in building 2187, Fort McCoy, WI. The building will be occupied and shall remain so throughout the performance of the work. The completion time for this project is 60 calendar days from the date the Notice to Proceed is issued. Project magnitude is between $25,000 -- $75,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 235110 and the size standard is $11.5 million. This acquisition will be solicited on an unrestricted basis. The solicitation will be available on or about 2 April 2001. A request for the RFQ must be in writing accompanied by a non-refundable certified check, cashier's check or money order payable to the US Treasury in the amount of $8.00 per package. No company, personal, registered checks, or cash accepted. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered.
