Description

Provide management, administration and production services, materials, tools, equipment, facilities, and required support to accomplish repairs, troubleshooting, maintenance, installation, and removal of ship components and equipment. The contract will include a total of six lots: Non Level One Valves, Level One Valves, P-2 and P-3B Piping, P-1 and P-3A Piping, Valve Sealing and miscellaneous Labor Categories. A proposal may be submitted on one Lot , all Lots or any combination of Lots. This will be an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity, Firm Fixed Price contract. The contract will be for a base year with four one-year options. Performance of work will be on U.S. Naval ships and other military vessels and may be accomplished worldwide. Award will be based on Best Value procurement utilizing past performance, technical and price as evaluation factors. The award is restricted to ABR holders.
