Description

The Veterans Affairs, Network Business Center, VISN 22, intends to place a requirements contract for various acid dialysates and bicarboate formulations for seven VA medical facilities. Sixty-nine line items in varying quantities to be ordered on an as needed basis for the intended contract period of 1 September 2001 through 31 August 2002, with the Government's option to extend the contract in one year increments for a base and four option years. Solicitation issue date will be on or about 1 April 2001 with proposal due on or about 30 April 2001, 2:00 PM. Qualified businesses wishing to receive a copy of the solicitation must submit their request in writing with complete name, address, telehone number, fax number and a point of contact.
