Description

SPAWAR Information Technology Center (SITC) intends to issue a sole source, combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6. This non-competitive action will be processed in accordance with FAR 6.301-1 (Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements). SITC plans to issue this requirement as a firm fixed price purchase order utilizing simplified acquisition procedures, which will be awarded to Casewise, 1601 Trapelo Rd., Waltham, MA 02451. Casewise is the developer and sole provider of the Corporate Modeler Process Improvement Software Suite and the only known source who can provide the software that has been selected. The SITC plans to procure additional products, maintenance, training and consulting which shall consist of the following: 1)Yearly Maintenance Client Component; 2)Multi-Workstation Server; 3)Yearly Maintenance Server Component; 4)On-Site Training Class; 5)Project Scope/Enabling Consulting. This solicitation incorporates all of the applicable provisions and clauses, as well as the terms and conditions of FAR 52.212-1.
