Description

The U. S. Department of Agriculture, Office of the Chief Information Officer, plans to issue a purchase order to Wingra Premium Technologies on a sole source basis using simplified acquistion procedures. The requirement calls for Wingra to provide resources to support USDA in the management, monitoring and support of their NetJunction installation in Washington, DC. The period of performance is seven months. Due to the technological life cycle of the USDA's NetJunction Gateway, Wingra is the only source that service or maintanin the NetJunction product. This is a critical system that supports 85,000 USDA users and is in immediate need of system repair and optimization. This is not a request for a proposal. No solicitation exist and no phone calls will be excepted. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability in respond to the requirement.
