- Description
- Furnish all tools, labor and parts to provide service/maintenance on Ultrasound HDI 5000 System located at the James E. Van Zandt VA Medical Center, Altoona, PA. Contractor shall maintain equipment in accordance with conformance standards, including all intervening calls between regular service and calibrations. Bidder must have access to complete service manuals and parts inventory. SOlicitation documents to be available on or before 3/20/01. Period of contract is one(1) year with four(4) one year renewal options. Bids are due not later than 2:30 P.M.local time April 4, 2001. All requests for solicitation documents must be in writing and may be faxed to the Contracting Officer at (814)942-9253. Telephone requests will NOT be accepted. The North American Industry Classification System Code(NAICS) is 811219. This procurement is Unrestricted; Small Business Standard is $5.0 million. The VA will conduct this procurement according to a combination of FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
