Description

The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, and equipment necessary to provide landscape maintenance services for about thirty-five various locations within the National Capital Region, Washington, DC. This procurement will be negotiated for an initial period of one year with the Government having the unilateral option to extend the term of services for four consecutive periods of 12-months each. This procurement is set-aside for small business concerns. This procurement NAICS Code is 561730 and the Size Standard is $5 million. Performance will begin September 01, 2001.
