- Fleet and Industrial Supply Center is modifying contract award N00406-00-P-C044, Schedule Airline Traffic Offices (SATO).Rental car requirements are needed to support personnel under official travel orders to San Diego, CA through 15 April 01 with no lapse in coverage. This requirement was sole sourced to SATO, the Navy's official commercial travel office for the region in accordance with applicable procedures (FAR Part 13.5) for commercial items. Note 22 applies.
