Description

This solicitation is for the procurment of price-listed items manufactured by KOMATSU America (0STA8). Potential cross reference NSNs are available for download under the "Acquisition download" menu item on the DSCC Internet Bid Board Systems(DIBBS) under subject heading "DSCC Corporate Contract Solicitations". Access is directly available by accessing http://dibbs.dscccols.com. Access is also available via the World Wide Web-refer to WEB LINK. FSC's to be covered inder this project are on the "KOMATSU America Price List". The intent is to award one conract for the entire price list with a one year base and nine option years. The current Price List to be procurred is DNPL54 dated 01 April 01. CBD Notes 12 applies. See Note(s) 12. This solicitation is an RFP or IFB and will be available on the Internet at: http://dibbs.dscccols.com/Rfp on its issue date of 30 Mar 01. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Specifications,plans or drawings are not available. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the' discretion of the government. The total contract period shall not exceed 10 years. This is an unrestricted acquisition. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price,delivery,past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Refer to section "M". All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation as applicable, which if timely received will be considered by the agency.
