Description

Solicitation for NSN 1730-01-345-2023, Rack, Rotary Wing Blades, Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc. P/N T101828-105, Rev B; and Seyer Industries, Inc. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described above are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price type contract for the Part Number listed above. All alternate offerors who wish to be considered MUST submit a complete technical data package, including drawings, for evaluation and approval before they can be eligible to be considered for an award under this Solicitation. This requirement is unrestricted under the negotiated method of procurement. Note to Internet subscribers: Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) and Internet Quoting System (IQS) proposals will not be accepted for this RFP under formal Solicitation procedures. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the Solicitation. Note: This requirement was previously advertised under Request for Quotation Number SPO490-01-Q-Q447. The requirement has changed. All Contractors who previously quoted must now submit a proposal using formal RFP procedures before the closing date of the announcement.
