Description

A non-competitive negotiation is proposed with Condor Electronic Systems, Inc., Simi Valley , California for the acquisition of forty-eight (48) Shortstop Electronic Protection Systems (SEPS) on a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) basis, to also include a Time and Materials (T&M) effort for contractor logistics and engineering support. SEPS is an autonomous, lightweight, fully integrated radio frequency (RF) countermeasure system designed to provide protection for personnel and high value assets against proximity fused indirect munitions, specifically targeted are artillery, mortar and rocket type munitions. Condor has developed, built and successfully live-fire tested the SEPS. The government does not own a break-out technical drawing package. The solicitation will be uploaded to the Army Business Opportunities Page (ABOP) at the site of Solicitation number DAAB07-01-R-H217. Approximate date of solicitation is 10 Apr 01. All interested parties wishing to do business with CECOM are invited to access and receive data from the ABOP at http://abop.monmouth.army.mil.
