Description

This is a standing solicitation (proposals may be submitted at any time) for Multiple Award Schedule 58, Part I, Professional Communications Equipment, including Recording and Reproducing Video and Audio Equipmnet, Monitors and Receivers, Television Cameras, Audio Playback Equipment, Closed Circuit and Other Surveilance Equipment, Telecommunications Equipment (Excluding telephone and 2-way radios), Services and Leasing related to the above and Introduction of New Products. The solicitation will be issued on or about March 21, 2001; contracts awarded from the solicitation will be effective for a 5 year period, and will include an option to extend for three additional 5 year periods. The solicitation may be downloaded at http://www.eps.gov. The solicitation implements the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Small Business Administration and the General Services Administration which encourages certified 8(a) firms to submit offers for consideration under the MAS program. Current contractors who are 8(a) certified may request modification of thier contract to reflect their status and be listed accordingly in the Schedules E-Library and GSA Advantage! pursuant to the MOU.
