Description

The National Science Foundation (NSF) intends to issue a sole source Purchase Order in accordance with simplified acquisition procedures to WEFA, Inc. for the World Industry Monitor which is a database subscription service which includes data from a variety of sources, including the UN and OECD, in addition to WEFA's data and forecasts. The forecasts are derived from a unique proprietary modeling system developed by WEFA and ICF/Kaiser. The NAICS code 54172 applies. See Note 22; however, any offerors indicating capability to respond must do so within five days from the posting of this announcement rather than the 45 days indicated in Note 22.
