Description

A/E services to provide investigation and design services to perform a study of the main hospital and clinic building at Harry S. Truman Veterans Memorial Hospital, Columbia, MO, for compliance with all NFPA, UBC, UFAS, ADA, and other applicable building and regulatory codes. Documentation of study will be through the updating of existing AutoCAD building as-built files. Contractor will also develop a concept corrective action for each instance of non-compliance. All work shall be in full compliance with Department of Veterans Affairs Program Guide PG-08-15, Volume C, A/E Submission Instructions for Minor and NRM Construction Program. All interested firms having the capabilities and qualifications to perform such investigation and design services should submit two (2) sets of SF 254 and SF 255 forms for the prime firm and all consultants to: Network 15 Contracting Section (10N15-90), ATTN: Joetta Eagle, 4101 S 4th Street Trafficway, Leavenworth, KS 66048, by close of business April 20, 2001. Only data listed on submitted SF 254 and SF 255 forms will be considered in the selection process. Only qualified firms with a full service office located within 150 miles of Columbia, MO, will be considered. Award is subject to the availability of FY01 funds. This is not a request for proposal.
