Description

Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures. Furnish labor and materials and perform work for removal of two existing air handling units and an exhaust system, re-design as necessary and install new air handling units and exhaust systems located in building 247, VA Medical Center, Chillicothe, Ohio as required by drawings and specifications. Completion time for this project will be 120 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. Award of the project is subject to availability of funds. All requiests for the solicitation shall be submitted in writing, by letter or by fax (740-772-7008). Estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Solicitation package will be available o/a April 9, 2001. A pre-bid conference and site visit will be held Tuesday, April 17, 2001 at 10:00 a.m. local time at the VA Medical Center, 17273 State Route 104, Chillicothe, Ohio, Building 28, room 213; all potential contractors, subcontractors and suppliers are urged to attend.
