Invitation for Bids for Renovation of Judge's Chambers, Frank Carlson Federal Building/U.S. Courthouse, 444 S.E. Quincy, Topeka, KS, Project AKS20460. IFB o/a 03/28/2001. Estimated cost range $100,000.00 -- $250,000.00. Time for completion: 90 calendar days after notice to proceed. No document charge or deposit is required. Project involves: demolition of existing office space and renovation to an updated office consisting of new construction of offices with one private restroom, small gallery, and a copy/fax room. All work associated with the demolition and reconstruction of this space is included as part of this contract. Project consists of a base bid and 10 options. Procurement set aside for small business.
