The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Deliveries are FOB destination to Texarkana, TX. Required delivery with First Article Testing (FAT) is 11 each 375 days after contract award (DACA), and 15 each per month thereafter until shipped complete. First Article Test Report (FATR) is due 288 DACA. Required delivery without FAT is 11 each 300 DACA, and 15 each per month thereafter until shipped complete.
