Description

VISN3 Business Service Center intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Murray, Tantau & Associates 15245 Lower Colfax, Grass Valley, CA 95945, for consulting services that will include the following: 1) establish an infrastructure at the VISN level; 2) define the population of clinics and/or providers where the access and patient flow changes will be implemented; 3) develop an acces and patient flow "Spread Package" containing material and resources needed for testing and implementation of patient flow improvement; 4) identify and develop VISN level and facility level Access Experts to assist in operationalizing the "Spread Package;" 5) identify 3 to 7 teams per facility for training; and 6) measuring improvement to provide feedback to the VISN and facility leadership.
