Description

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service intends to award a non-competitive purchase order to Dr. Marc C. Minno of Eco-Cognizant, Inc., for a status survey and ecology of the Eastern Arogos Skipper (Atrytone Arogos Arogos) in the Southeastern US. This procurement will be issued under the authority of FAR 6.302. The anticipated award date is April 3, 2001. This notice is neither a request for proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.*****
