Description

Provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools and supervision required to provide paving of roads and parking lots, installation of curbs and gutters, and sidewalks, to include proper markings in accordance with the statements of work, for Fort Sam Houston TX, Camp Bullis TX, and the Canyon Lake Recreational Area TX. This requirement will be awarded on multiple Indefinite Quantity, Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ) type contracts and task orders will be competed between these IDIQ contracts only. This requirement will include a base year and 4 option years. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: repair and construction of roads and parking areas, new pavement, replacement of or new concrete curbs and gutters, replacement of or new sidewalks, surface preparation, marking of roadways, and parking lots. The RFP DADA10-01-R-0014 will be issued on or about 20 April 2001. The magnitude for the proposed contract is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00 for the base year. Minimum guarantee for each IDIQ award is $15,000.00. Request for the RFP must be submitted in writing to MEDCOM Contracting Center, 2107 17th Street, Fort Sam Houston, Tx 78234-5015 and be accompanied by a nonrefundable Check, Cashiers Check, or Money Order made out to the US Treasury in the amount of $30.00. Cash will not be accepted. Only those contractors that are registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR) will be considered for award. Proposed requirement is offered as full and open and all responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered.
